Aerocatch Flush Panel Fastener Kit

Aerocatch flush-mount panel fastener for securing the front clamshell and rear clamshell on the Rush SR. The Rush SR bodywork uses a combination of Quick-Latch fasteners on the edges and Aerocatch fasteners on the major parts of the clamshells. Each kit includes two Aerocatch fasteners, two Aerocatch pins, and the associated nuts and hardware for the pins.

The front clamshell uses 4 Aerocatch fasteners, and the rear clamshell uses 2. The Aerocatch fastener sits flush with the bodywork surface, reducing drag compared to protruding latches. The locking mechanism ensures the clamshells remain securely fastened even under high-speed and high-vibration conditions.

The flush design maintains the clean aerodynamic profile of the bodywork while providing secure locking and easy access for maintenance. The Quick-Latch system is used on the edges of the bodywork panels, while Aerocatch fasteners are used on the major structural attachment points.

This is an OEM replacement part that comes standard with the Rush SR. Sold individually. The front clamshell requires 4. The rear clamshell requires 2, unless the Rear Clamshell Forward AeroCatch Kit is installed, which adds 2 more for a total of 4.
