The Alignment Post is part of the Rush SR's trackside alignment system. When the body panels (clams) are removed, this post works with the Alignment Bar and Alignment Bar Pin to provide a fixed reference point for wheel alignment on track without an alignment rack. The post mounts to designated points on the chassis.
This alignment system is not used while driving—only for setting up the car between sessions. This is an optional tool/accessory for the Rush SR.
