Axle Stop

The Axle Stop limits the travel of the CV axle (half shaft) in the Rush SR drivetrain, preventing the axle from extending or retracting beyond its intended range. This mechanical stop protects the CV joints from over-extension, which can cause premature wear or failure of the CV boots and joints.

CV axles transfer power from the differential to the rear wheels, and they need to accommodate suspension movement while maintaining proper alignment. The axle stop ensures the CV joints stay within their safe operating range during suspension compression and rebound, especially during hard cornering and braking when loads are highest.

This is an OEM replacement part that comes standard with the Rush SR. Sold individually—the Rush SR uses axle stops on both rear half shafts.
