DIN 7603 CU Washer

Copper washer conforming to DIN 7603 standard for sealing the Rush SR differential drain plugs. Copper washers provide excellent sealing properties and conform to mating surfaces better than steel washers, creating a reliable seal against differential oil leaks.

The Rush SR differential has two drain plugs located at the 10.5 and 1.5 o'clock positions. These washers must be replaced each time the drain plugs are removed during differential oil changes. Reusing old washers can lead to leaks, as the copper deforms slightly when torqued to create the seal.

DIN 7603 is a German standard that specifies dimensions and tolerances for copper sealing washers. Using the correct size ensures proper sealing and prevents over-tightening that could damage the differential housing threads.

This is an OEM replacement part that comes standard with the Rush SR. Sold individually. Two washers are needed per differential oil change (one for each drain plug).
