Front Clamshell Harness

Pre-terminated wiring harness for Rush SR front clamshell lighting, connects the headlights and front marker lights to the main vehicle harness. This sub-harness routes through the nose bodywork and terminates at a quick-disconnect connector where the front clamshell meets the chassis.

The front clamshell on the Rush SR is removable for service access, so the lighting harness uses a quick-disconnect plug that allows you to remove the entire nose assembly in seconds without cutting wires. The harness includes all connectors, properly rated wire gauge for the lighting loads, and correct routing length for the front bodywork.

Replacement harness if your original has been damaged or if connectors have become unreliable. Pre-wired and ready to install—connects to the chassis main harness at one end and individual lights at the other. Check connector fit and pin condition if you're experiencing intermittent light operation.
