Fuel Level Sensor

LiDAR-based fuel level sensor that measures fuel depth in the Rush SR fuel tank without contact. Compatible with Classic Instruments fuel gauges (short-sweep, full-sweep, and selectable ohm range) and many other electronic gauge brands. Works with tanks from 4 to 39 inches deep.

Programmable using on-board buttons to set empty and full positions before installation, then calibrate empty, half, and full positions on the gauge. Dampening rate adjustable via dip switches to reduce fuel slosh and gauge bounce by controlling how quickly the gauge responds to level changes.

Flying lead design simplifies wiring and prevents accidental contact with surfaces above the sending unit. No moving parts—eliminates float failures common in traditional sensors. Uses a 5-bolt flange mounting pattern with 2.122" bolt circle diameter. Outputs PWM signal for 12-volt applications (10–20 volts maximum). Maximum operating temperature 185°F.

Includes mounting hardware and rubber gasket. Does not work with OE-style gauges that use ohm-only input.
