M4 x 0.7 x 5 Nylk Zn G8

M4 x 0.7mm x 5mm bolt with nylon-insert lock nut (nylock). Grade 8 zinc-plated steel. The nylon insert provides vibration resistance, preventing the nut from loosening under racing conditions without requiring thread locker.

Used throughout the Rush SR in locations where frequent disassembly is needed but vibration resistance is critical, including air shifter components, dashboard switches, electrical mounts, and pedal box assemblies. The zinc plating provides corrosion resistance. Note that nylock nuts are single-use - the nylon insert degrades each time the nut is torqued, so replace the nut when removing and reinstalling.
