M5 x 0.8 x 12 Bolt, Stainless Steel

M5 x 0.8 x 12 hex bolt with stainless steel construction. This bolt is used in the blip cylinder assembly and steering wheel paddle assemblies on throttle cable cars (pre-2023 Rush SRs).

Stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for components exposed to moisture or harsh conditions. The 12mm length provides sufficient thread engagement for secure fastening in these assemblies. The blip cylinder is used only on throttle cable cars—drive-by-wire cars (2023+) do not use the blip cylinder.

Used in locations where corrosion resistance is important and where the bolt will be exposed to the elements. Always torque to manufacturer specifications—stainless steel threads can gall if over-torqued.
