M8 x 1.25 x 25 Flanged Bolt Zinc G8

M8 x 1.25 x 25mm flanged hex bolt in Grade 8.8 steel with zinc plating. The flanged head has an integrated washer-like flange that distributes clamping force over a larger area than a standard hex head, reducing the risk of loosening and protecting the mounting surface.

Used throughout the Rush SR on bodywork panels, brackets, and structural components where the wider bearing surface of the flanged head is beneficial. The 25mm length is a common size for securing fiberglass panels and aluminum brackets. Zinc plating provides corrosion resistance for exposed fasteners.
