The Steel Sprocket Carrier is an upgrade to our new cars coming off the line.
We have had a few instances where the original failed, due to the sprocket or carrier bolts not being tight enough to stop movement on the differential input hub. This results in impact loading of the carrier and keys during gear changes. Failure of the sprocket carrier can result in other drivetrain damage including case damage to the engine.
