Throttle Cable Inner Wire 1.5mm Stainless

Replacement inner wire for the Rush SR throttle cable assembly. This 1.5mm outer diameter stainless steel wire runs inside the cable conduit housing and transfers pedal movement to the throttle mechanism.

The 7x7 braid construction (7 strands of 7 wires each = 49 individual wires) provides flexibility while maintaining strength. This construction allows the wire to bend through tight routing without kinking. The stainless steel material resists corrosion and fraying.

Inner wires should be replaced if they show signs of fraying, rust, or kinking. Damaged inner wires can cause inconsistent throttle response or sudden cable failure. The 1.5mm diameter is used for throttle cables - clutch cables use the thicker 2mm wire.
