M12 x 1.5mm wheel nut for Rush SR. This steel lug nut secures the wheel to the hub, clamping it against the hub face through the wheel studs.

The Rush SR uses four M12 x 1.5mm wheel studs per wheel with a 4x100mm bolt circle. Proper wheel nut torque is critical for safety and performance - undertorqued nuts can loosen during racing, while overtorqued nuts can damage threads or studs. The recommended torque specification should be followed precisely and checked regularly. Many teams mark nut positions with paint or tape to quickly identify any loosening between sessions.

Wheel nuts experience significant stress from load cycles and should be inspected for thread damage, worn hex faces, and proper seating. Replace nuts that show signs of damage or if threads become galled. Always ensure the tapered seat properly engages the wheel's mounting surface.
