Wrapped exhaust headers

Replacement stainless steel exhaust headers for the Rush SR, supplied with heat wrap already applied from the factory. The Rush SR exhaust system routes through these headers into a crossover and dual silencers, and the wrap is standard equipment — it keeps radiated heat out of the engine bay and off nearby components, which matters in a tightly packaged mid-engine car like the SR.

These are a direct OEM replacement for the stock wrapped headers on your Rush SR. If your current headers have developed cracks, the wrap has deteriorated, or you're rebuilding your exhaust system, this is the correct replacement unit. Stainless steel construction holds up to the heat cycling that comes with track use.

Note: The Rush SR maintenance schedule recommends using a flexible funnel when adding oil to avoid spilling on the header wrap. If oil does contact the headers, run the engine outside the garage first to burn it off before heading to the paddock.
