Valve Block

Solenoid valve assembly for the Rush SR air shifter system. The valve block contains the electronically-controlled solenoids that release compressed air to the shift actuators when you pull the paddle shifters. This component is the heart of the pneumatic shifting system.

When you activate a paddle shifter, the shift logic sends a signal to the appropriate solenoid in the valve block, which opens for a precise duration to release a measured burst of air. That air pressure moves the shift actuator on the motorcycle gearbox, executing the clutchless gear change. The valve block manages both upshift and downshift operations with separate air circuits. Individual shift valves are component parts of the valve block assembly and can be replaced if needed.

Mounts near the air receiver (air bottle) in the chassis. Connects to the air supply, shift actuators, blip cylinder (for auto-blip downshifts), and shift harness for electrical control. Pre-plumbed with all necessary fittings and solenoids. If you're experiencing inconsistent shifts or slow shift response, the valve block solenoids may need cleaning or replacement.
