Shift Valve Body

Main body component of the shift valve block that houses the internal pneumatic solenoid valves. The valve body provides the mounting structure and air passages that connect the air reservoir to the shift cylinder and blip cylinder.

The valve body works with the shift valve cover to create a sealed assembly. When you activate the paddle shifters, the solenoid valves inside the body open and close to direct compressed air to the appropriate actuators for upshifts or downshifts.

If you're experiencing shifting issues, the valve body may need inspection or replacement. The internal valves can stick or fail over time, especially if contaminants enter the system. The valve body should be removed carefully during maintenance to avoid damaging the internal components.

This is an OEM replacement part that comes standard with the Rush SR air shifter system.
